Randy Pausch Last Lecture
I saw this for the first time several years ago. I could be really corny and say it changed my life, but what it really did was give me some perspective. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about something in this lecture and use it to make a difference in my own life, the life of my children or my students. His book permanently sits on my nightstand.
